Develop Media manager manage media campaigns and strategies that support both top and bottom of the funnel. Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to leverage technology solutions to develop campaigns and achieve marketing objectives using advanced technology decisioning powered by machine learning.
Actively manage media budget. Develop and execute media upfront strategies and approach.
Lead Media strategic planning and tactical execution, test and vet partners, build, manage and optimize campaigns, develop, analyze and communicate performance reports. Provide strategic insight to develop seasonal, regional and national media campaigns. Act as thought leader in performance marketing and programmatic advertising space for the brand, including maintaining fluency in the most recent media best practices.
Achieve key media performance targets and develop and evangelize new media innovations, capabilities, and technologies. Use data to build upon success of program, while operating within specific forecast models.
Perform competitor analysis to discover gaps and opportunities to optimize strategy. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated written, oral, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze information and arrive at informed decision. Team player who thrives in fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions.
Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.
